Discount pages become useless when a code has expired, a plan name changed or an affiliate link is presented as a viewer benefit. AI Tool Atlas uses a small checklist so every commercial relationship is visible and every offer has a date.
We separate three different things
An affiliate link may pay us a commission after an eligible purchase. A discount changes what the visitor pays. A free plan is a public product offer that may exist without any affiliate relationship.
Those ideas are shown separately on every tool page. Meshy currently has a tracked creator link without a viewer discount. Tripo and Kittl currently have tracked links plus codes. elevate.io currently has a public free plan and a normal direct link while our affiliate application is under review.
We record the source and date
For each offer we keep the destination link, exact code, eligible plan, wording shown by the partner or public pricing page, and the date checked. We avoid guessing whether a code applies to a country, renewal or existing account when the available source does not say.
The checkout total is always authoritative. A code can change after our last check, and a partner can alter a plan without warning. That is why each deal card tells the visitor to confirm the final price before paying.
We keep official and independent videos distinct
An official product video is useful because it shows the workflow the company intends to promote. It is marketing material, so it is labelled as an official demo. An independent walkthrough can provide another perspective, but it may also contain its own sponsorship or affiliate links.
Embedding a video does not mean we agree with every claim in it. We select videos that clearly demonstrate the product or discuss a practical decision. Our written summary adds context instead of turning the page into a pile of embeds.
We do not sell rankings
Companies can request consideration and can sponsor a clearly labelled placement in the future. Payment will not silently change an editorial verdict or turn an unverified offer into a recommendation. Sponsored visibility and affiliate relationships must be visible where the visitor makes a decision.
Corrections stay simple
If a company or visitor spots an expired code, inaccurate limit or broken link, they can contact Bits, Bolts & Us through the linked public channels. We recheck the source, update the local content file, rebuild the static site and publish a dated correction.
This process is deliberately plain. The catalogue is stored in readable local files, the public site is static, and no paid database is required to keep the information accessible.
